The Mental Health Coaching group is a part of the Life Church Counseling and Care ministry. They are trained individuals with a call to serve the body of Christ through the helping relationship. This team can help you navigate difficult life changes and provide an evidenced based, Biblical perspective to the myriad of emotional, spiritual and psychological challenges that you may encounter.
